At raregem, we accept repairs and customs for products after purchase so that you can use our products for a long time.
About repair
・If it is a raregem product, it can be repaired. The delivery date is scheduled for about one month after the order is confirmed.
・We may not be able to directly deal with products that have a double name with another brand.

*Please send us an email with an image of the area to be repaired and an image of the entire product.
*Your order will be confirmed after payment is completed.
Precautions for repair
・Please pay in advance.
・The customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee.
・Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after payment (after confirmation of order).
・You can use credit card payment, and various payment services (Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay).
・Repairs may not be accepted on rare occasions, such as when the item is extremely damaged or extremely dirty. Please note.
About custom
It is also possible to custom order or customize the product after purchase.
Depending on the design and specifications, we may not be able to accept it. Also, please note that we cannot directly deal with products that have a double name with another brand.
For custom orders
We will manufacture from scratch based on your request, so we accept orders as custom orders. The delivery date is scheduled for about 2 to 3 months after the order is confirmed.
