PAYMENT

– All listed prices on overseas customer's site are excluding tax.

– We request that you pay in advance.
– We will not be able to accept any exchanges or returns or refunds because of the customers' personal preferences.
– Payment can be made through Visa, Master card, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.
– "Shipping charges" are calculated based on total weight and include our international shipping fees."Shipping charges" will be added at the time of payment.
–Customers outside of Japan may be eligible to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us. If customs duties or taxes are incurred, please be aware of the customer is responsible for paying them.

 

SHIPPING

Products that you are ordered are usually shipped within 5 business days(Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
We will send you an email as soon as the estimated shipping date is confirmed.
If your order is received during a long vacation, we will respond after the vacation.

Our shipping method is EMS.
If for some reason we are unable to ship by EMS, we will change to another shipping company.
In that case, we may charge additional shipping fees.
