About made-to-order manufacturing
Please use this form to place an order for made-to-order products.
Order production flow
[1] Please fill out the form below and apply.
[2] At a later date, the person in charge will inform you of the approximate delivery date by e-mail.
[3] If you accept the delivery date presented by us, we will send you an email confirming your order details and invoice. Please use the link in that email to register your shipping address, select a shipping method, and make payment.

[4] After the product is completed, we will send you an e-mail "Information on the estimated shipping date".
About delivery date
It takes about 2-3 months from order confirmation to shipment.
Please note that it may change due to busy seasons and long holidays.
About payment
・Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, and other payment services (Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google pay, Apple pay).
・If payment cannot be confirmed within 2 weeks after sending the invoice , it will be treated as a cancellation.
・If you order a made-to-order product and a regular product at the same time, they will all be shipped together according to the product with the latest delivery date.
If you would like to ship separately, please let us know in the remarks column of the form below.
About shipping method
For products eligible for Nekopos, you can choose the delivery method from Nekopos (post-mailing) or Yamato Takkyubin.
In the case of Nekoposu, please note that you cannot specify the date and time of receipt.
In addition, Nekopos has a limit on the size that can be posted in the post. Please check the "Delivery" section on each product page.
