「カウンタートップに電源やLAN、電話のジャック等を取り付けたい。」「静かな存在感のあるスイッチが壁に欲しい。」ぼくたちはこういった場面と向き合ってきました。スイッチだけなら海外のものを転用するのも素敵だけど、いろいろな電化製品やジャックに対応できるプレートとなると従来品ではなかなか見つかりません。丹精こめて製作した接客カウンターなのだからディーテイルにも一工夫欲しい。そこで解決策を金型から作ることにしました。プレートの縦横比を見直して、電源やスイッチ、LANの差し込みジャックなどのコマだけをインナープレートにはめこむ方式に。これなら従来の規格サイズの転用なので、組み合わせも自在です。
